Recently I've discovered there is an application called Quidd which has 3D models of FNaF Mystery Minis. (you have to download it as an app through Google Play or Apple).

It is pretty neat in it's own right, but what interest me is there are several models of unreleased figures. You can select a figure and rotate it around in a 3D space, along with zooming in and out. If this interests you, I'd totally recommend trying this app out if you can. It's free and you can preview the figures you don't have, so no need to rush to collect them. How I came across Quidd was other people online posting about some of these unreleased figures, such as Bidybab. Below are each of the box collections with a picture of the figures, their names, and their quote.

Box Set 1: Nightshift Mystery Minis - Teeny. Tiny. Terrifying.
1. Balloon Boy: Standing - Don't you touch that light!

4. Mr. Cupcake: Teeth - Why does this cupcake have teeth?

Now this is interesting for several reasons. One is that there are different models for figures for standing and sitting. The sitting ones in this set were never released. Along with that, the Mr. Cupcake: Teeth figure is the Cupcake from the first game (also unreleased). We saw a tease of this model in the Glow Series 1, but never saw the actual figure. I don't think it's name is Mr. Cupcake either, just Cupcake. I'd really would have liked to get these unreleased figures! I wonder if protoypes of them exist out there?
Box Set 2: Nightshift Mystery Minis Part 2 - Back with even more teeny, tiny RAAR!

This list verifies a few things. The names 'Freddy Endoskeleton', 'Shadow Freddy', 'Purple Bonnie', and 'Beak-less Toy Chica' are all confirmed. Note that they call it Purple Bonnie (like the early concept art) instead of 'Shadow Bonnie' or 'RWQFSFASXC', meaning this is probably a different character. Also the Toy figures don't have a Sitting or Standing next to them, which seems to imply they were always planned on sitting.
Box Set 3: Five Nights at Freddy's Nightmare Mystery Minis - Your nightmares in miniature - but just as terrifying!

Mangle should be called Nightmare Mangle, but I'm guessing this is due to them not having a regular Mangle figure yet. The models also look a little bit different from the product. I'm not quite sure what it is or why though. Besides that, not much else to say about this one.
Box Set 4: Nightmare Bonnie Mystery Mini Award - Miss me?

They also released a Nightmare Bonnie Mystery Mini on it's own. I'm not sure when or why this was released separately. I'm assuming it was a timed exclusive based on it's name? Not much else to say about this one either. I hope they re-release it in the future.
Box Set 5: Five Nights at Freddy's Sister Location Mystery Minis - "Don't hold it against us..."

The Bidybab figure is what started this discovery process for me. It is a regular Bidybab figure (not Jumpscare), which was never released. Also good to know the name of the Minireenas figure is 'Stacked Minireenas'. I would really like to see the regular Bidybab get released in the future. In the meantime I'm glad we get to see it on this app and know it existed at one point in time.
Box Set 6: Shadow Mystery Minis - You're just imagining things...

This was a run of 'Shadow' animatronics, similar to their Shadow POP figures. Interestingly, they already released a Shadow Freddy that is more accurate to the games. The Shadow Bonnie is more accurate to the games however. Funko made an RXQ figure which looks similar to this one, but better defined. Shadow Foxy and Chica confuse me, but I'm guessing it's because it fits with the original crew. I like how they look, even if they are very simple.

These were released before the physical figures were released. We got a good peak at them through these virtual figures! They limited it to solely the
Twisted ones, plus Little Joe. Each look great, and I am happy they
released these as they did. I hope to see more in the future!

These are stickers reminiscent of the Nightshift Mystery Minis Part 2 set. They added a glow version of Purple/Shadow Bonnie (which they strangely just call Bonnie in this set). The naming convention for Toy Chica no Beak is also strange (versus Beak-less Toy Chica). I don't know. Either way wanted to add this to collection even if they are just flat stickers.

These are the stickers reminiscent of the Nightshift Mystery Minis set. They added a glow version of the Cupcake. Like the other sticker set above, they changed the names up a bit. I don't know why the nomenclature changed between the minis and the stickers. Either way, neat to have.

These are the stickers reminiscent of the Sister Location Mystery Minis. Alright, so I'm willing to let things slide with Quidd. This set though had several errors with names I feel the need to address. 'Bidybap' should be 'Bidybab', 'Enard' should be 'Ennard', and 'Mini Reenas' should just be 'Minireenas'. They also changed the name of 'Jumpscare Freddy' even though they called him 'Funtime Freddy' correctly earlier on. Ah, why Quidd? Oh well, I make mistakes too (even making this update I had a few mistakes).
